HEATH, Ernest Roy ‘Ernie’

Born on May 31, 1938. Passed away March 5, 2025.

Passed away peacefully surrounded by love and music, aged 86 years.

Ernie and Shirley were true lovebirds, their bond a beautiful example of unwavering love.  “Now reunited in God’s garden.”

Missed by his darling daughter Katrina, his baby girl, his world, and the sparkle of his eye from the day she was born.

Ernie was also the loved father of Darren and Corey (both dec).  Adored grandfather to Jessica (Poppy’s li’l shadow) and great grandfather to Aaryan.

Family and friends of the late Mr Ernie Heath are respectfully informed that his funeral service will be conducted at the Chapel of North West Funerals, 596 Deakin Avenue, Mildura, on Friday, March 28, 2025, at 10.30am.

At the conclusion of the service the cortege will proceed to Murray Pines Lawn Cemetery (Lawn 4), Deakin Avenue, Mildura South.

  10. We were very saddened to hear that Ernie had passed away. Loved going to see him and Shirley when visiting Mildura with our brother and sister-in-law Bob and Mary Rodgers. We were always so welcomed. Remembering Ernie (and his guitar) with much fondness. A life well lived by one of nature’s gentlemen!
