What can I say about Sam?
Sam was like my big brother I never had.Sam always respected everybody, and not only made you feel welcome when we visited from Melbourne, he also offered his home. We felt his home was our ‘home away from home’ and our ritual was playing cards, “May I” every night. He always made sure we left with a car boot full of produce that he had grown, especially hot chillies – Sam never ate hot chillies, but he grew them for his friends & family.
As Sam had always been a bit of a joker, he likes to stir people up in a friendly and funny way. We were fortunate to have memorable trips with Sam, both domestic and international. Our favorite holiday was travelling to Paris, Italy and Dubai for almost 6 weeks together, always stirring each other. It was such a fantastic trip that we rebooked twice ( paid for) but covid outbreak flight was cancelled and now health problems took them away for him in this life time.
We will travel when we meet again.Rest In Peace Sam, you will certainly be missed, leaving a big hole in everyones life
Love
