McDOUGALL, Andrew Steven ‘Andy’

Andy passed away in Mildura on August 15,2023, aged 38 years. Loved son of Graeme and Christine. Adored brother of Tarnie (dec), and Jim. Andy was a much-loved uncle to Jack, Maia, and Ella.
