Funeral NoticeFamily and friends of the late Mr Kelvin Napier are respectfully informed that his graveside funeral service will be conducted at the Red Cliffs Pioneer Cemetery, Lowan Avenue, Red Cliffs on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 10:30 am.
